However, the overall dining experience left much to be desired, as the food quality during the event was disappointing. The rooms, although spacious, lacked air conditioning, making for an uncomfortable night due to noise from the nearby extractor units.

I had a lovely time at the hotel during the Elemis training. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. However, the mattress in my room was quite hard, which affected my sleep quality. The overall atmosphere and spa services were excellent, but there were some maintenance issues that need attention.
