Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service

The room was lovely. It had a comfortable bed. I also really liked the fridge stocked with snacks. Dylan at reception was cute and helpful. Vaselina kept our room super clean. The gym has a great selection of equipment.
The card reader in the spa had some connection issues.

All staff members I encountered were polite and eager to assist. From the reception to the bar, everyone. They certainly couldn't do enough to help, I must say.

The restaurant provided really good food. I found it really good. Breakfast was one of the best I've had when staying at a hotel. The restaurant is lovely. There is really good food.

the staff were cute and helpful ,. the leisure facilities were well maintained and offered a variety of options. i especially enjoyed the gym , with up to date equipment. my room was spacious and included a palatial ensuite bathroom.
i did notice that the menu could use a few more changes to offer more variety.

The gym was great. It had a lot of equipment. the comfortable bed and bedding helped me sleep well. dillon at the front desk was friendly and helpful . he greeted us with a smile and gave excellent service.
I had a massage. The therapist called me darling. after my scrub, i waited ten minutes for the shower to warm. It remained cold. i was moved to another shower. the water was warm, but the tray overflowed.

The room was clean and quiet. It was a classic twin. there was no view. The room lacked a refrigerator. the bedding was comfortable and warm, so it was easy to sleep.
