Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service
comfortable bed stocked fridge cute staff
The room was lovely. It had a comfortable bed. I also really liked the fridge stocked with snacks. Dylan at reception was cute and helpful. Vaselina kept our room super clean. The gym has a great selection of equipment.
The card reader in the spa had some connection issues.

All staff members I encountered were polite and eager to assist. From the reception to the bar, everyone. They certainly couldn't do enough to help, I must say.

The restaurant provided really good food. I found it really good. Breakfast was one of the best I've had when staying at a hotel. The restaurant is lovely. There is really good food.

cute staff maintained facilities up to date equipment spacious room
the staff were cute and helpful ,. the leisure facilities were well maintained and offered a variety of options. i especially enjoyed the gym , with up to date equipment. my room was spacious and included a palatial ensuite bathroom.
i did notice that the menu could use a few more changes to offer more variety.

the hotel is in a very convenient location ,allowing easy access to nearby attractions. the surroundings offer an upscale feel , which enhances the overall experience.

my beautiful double room was clean and well presented . the bed was comfortable ,promoting restful sleep. the room was also equipped with free wifi for added convenience.

the staff members were friendly ,always greeting guests with a smile. igor and the other gents on nights were especially personable and hospitable. their conduct significantly enhanced our evening.

the restaurant meal was delicious ,and i was particularly impressed with the quality of the food. breakfast was also great ,with a good tasty selection of options. sol served us in the restaurant with great care.

relaxing stay
friendly staff excellent gym
The gym was great. It had a lot of equipment. the comfortable bed and bedding helped me sleep well. dillon at the front desk was friendly and helpful . he greeted us with a smile and gave excellent service.
I had a massage. The therapist called me darling. after my scrub, i waited ten minutes for the shower to warm. It remained cold. i was moved to another shower. the water was warm, but the tray overflowed.

The room was clean and quiet. It was a classic twin. there was no view. The room lacked a refrigerator. the bedding was comfortable and warm, so it was easy to sleep.

The breakfast was delicious. good beers were available at the bar. i enjoyed having a server that provided quick service. the restaurant was beautiful. The food tasted wonderful.

the gym has many machines. the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were a bonus. the pool's changing rooms were good. i could swim and relax after a workout.
